Entrevista
The first stage was a chat with the HR. After that was the technical task which was easy to do if you know what you are applying for. Final interview stage was 90 mins oral interview and technical discussion with two senior members of the team I was joining. The 90 mins chat covered every area of skill required for the job role and even beyond it. After this was a call with the CEO, which was mere formality and then you get the offer.

Alot of questions on testing and design patterns in PHP.
S.O.L.I.D. concept was greatly tested.
Understanding of clustering, Database management and scaling was also tested

Entrevista
I sent a resume on cv.ee website. After a while I received an email inviting me to do a technical task without any interview. I did the task completely and uploaded it on github as expected. after 4 days they told me I don't have requirement for the job and they didn't give any details on results.
