Incredibly professional, but really challenging. The interviews ranged from 1 on 1 conversations, to complex logic puzzles to ad hoc group presentations.

I was referred by an advisor. I wanted to learn more and meet the team so I went to their office for lunch. The company was so early stage & informal at this point that I wasn't sure if this was an interview or not. The President showed me around, introduced me to a few folks and then took me into a room where he and another employee interviewed me for about an hour. They asked me to sell them on why investing in a startup is a good idea, what my market outlook was for the next year and what my career goals were.
