I applied on their website, and got an interview call within two days. First interview went pretty well and it hardly went for 20 minutes, then as next step I was asked to solve their Ant Challenge which I did. They liked my solution and took another telephonic interview, in which I had to code on a shared doc, that interview also went pretty well, it was scheduled for 45 minutes, but I answered under 30 minutes. Unfortunately after 2 days I got rejection mail. I used C++ for coding (this was the mistake I made). They are very inclined towards Java, and the interviewer wasn't in touch with C++, so he didn't get my solution.
