Applied through their website and was contacted ny HR a few days later to set up a phone interview. I talked to someone on the team I would join for 30 minutes, most of it being questions about myself to get an early assessment if I would fit in the company. There was an easy coding question at the end. About a week later, I was contacted for a second phone screening, which would focus more on coding. This phone call lasted around 45 minutes and mainly revolved around a coding problem to see if my skills were on par with their expectations. A few days later, I got an email from HR saying that they wouldn't go for any more interviews (I messed up the coding part of the interview, which I knew right after the phone call anyway)
