The first interview was a 15 min zoom and the interviewer was very kind. I got a call that I made it to the next round, where things got weird. First, the interviewer held the Zoom call while she was in the car and on her cell phone. second, this is clearly an MLM. They make it seem like you will be working with non-profit organizations and helping with "events" but they want you to stand outside of a Walmart and try to scam people into a subscription plan that "they will hopefully forget about". They laid out a plan in which an entry-level employee could become an executive director in one year and make over $150,000. Yeah right. Please take the time to do your research and see if this is truly what you want to do cause they market the position to sound much better than the reality.
