I told her before the interview I cannot give all the references they request. She said we will discuss in the interview. If was a waste of time since they will not move forward without management references. It’s companies like this that make businesses shy away from allowing this since it’s basically sales. Also asking about my search for work and then throwing it in my face after I didn’t give any references is very I professional. My search for work is not their business. Strange way of interviewing.
