Interviewed at Addsoft Technologies in December 2018. I have reached the place where there is a small office and they are still settling everything in the office. That doesn't even look like office. The first round was HR round where they asked me that "why did I left my job" Even after answering that why did I left that job. The person again asked the same thing. Then comes the technical round.

Very worst process, no need to explain. They are not the professional person. They are taking interview only for formalities. The real fact is that they don't know how to take interview, how to manage interview process.
