Went in for an interview. Was hired on the spot. Had to wait three weeks for background check to come in to start. No training whatsoever luckily i had 13 years already.

My interview was over the phone . I was ask if I ever took care of an elderly person before which I have they ask what were the duties that I’ve done Which was taking care of my grandmother like feeding her clothing her etc ..So I was qualified for the job an got Hired

Over the phone, very typical questions about experiences, interests, and knowledge. It was a short and sweet process that I did not have any issues with. They are willing to work with you where you are at.
It was a very engaging hiring event. They were inviting and engaged upon entering. Easy and very informative and very pleasant. Answered all my questions, concerns and room for advancement.
