Hiring Manager was a very professional and honest man and the interview took almost about 2 hours long due to explanations. However, the deal breaker was their impatience towards candidates who they gave offers to.
The person who was responsible for my interview (who was not involved directly in the interview on-site, not the hiring manager) had called me and vented her frustration at me for requiring extra time to accept the offer which i felt unprofessional of her while I maintained a neutral response as a potential employee and a current ongoing hiring candidate with her even after her frustration was out to me.
I apologized to her for requiring more time for considerations with my rationale of the delay of acceptance which possibly be the root cause of her frustration. However it was a 6 months probation instead of a 3 months probation job which I needed to look into deeply as it is a long term commitment.
I requested her to provide an apology after the call at her own will for throwing such a tantrum in the call and she was giving a lot of sighs during the call as well. (She ended up blue-ticking me and not taking ownership of this at all with no messages of any apology as well)
I declined this offer due to certain levels of unprofessionalism and the overwhelming urgency to accept the offer which I felt uncomfortable which led to my low confidence to accept this offer.
