After submitting an application, I received a screening call. The next stage was a writing task and PowerPoint task which then led to a final stage interview with competency based questions.

Explain what we do here at Adelphi Real World in lay terms as you would to a friend or family member?
Really insightful interview. Went through CV and reasons for applying. It was a good opportunity to learn more about the company. General questions to see if you will fit in well with the team.

Entrevista
Interviews take some time to organise, but the overall process is very easy. You receive a phone call as part of screening, complete a task, and then a few weeks later have an online video call via Teams.
