Entrevista
The process was very lengthy and I felt like they wasted a lot of my time. I was surprised with a 3 hour interview in which I met with 4 groups of 3 people. None of the people I met with seemed very excited about the work they do - but all seemed happy about / commented on the money they made there. It seemed like they were trying to hire someone to do the stuff they didn't like to do.

Interviewer was friendly and asked back to back questions. Since I was a graduate, the interviewer asked me questions in depth about my graduate dissertation. Interview seems hard if not prepared properly.

Entrevista
I went through two phone interviews before they brought me in for an in-person interview. For the in-person interview, I met with several members of the Adelphi team. 4 rounds of meeting 2-3 people of the team.
