Applied through advertised job posting. Sent through my cover letter and resume. Received a response from HR containing a link to their psychometric. I took the test and did not make it to the next round.

Spoke with HR representative and told them I was looking for a salary of over $50k. Said that they would bump it up to that so they could bring me in. Interview went great, then sent an email the next day and told me they were hiring someone else because I was asking for too much money. Did not negotiate at all.
