Entrevista
I had an interview with HR girl Helena Torrents. She has informed me she will get back to me with the exercise, but I never heard from her again. I thought that maybe something has changed and I was unsuccessful and maybe it was a one off mistake on her part. But then, an ex colleague of mine was looking for a job and I saw they are still hiring, so I suggested he applies. His interview was with the same girl and same situation happened.
Recruiters should inform applicants if situation changes, not just ghost them.
Initial HR talk like normal. After that a Tech assignment followed by a Tech Talk where we went deep into my previous experience. It is important to understand they require you have deep knowledge of the products you use rather than simple usage.

Entrevista
I had a very disappointing interview experience. The HR interviewer was disrespectful and disengaged. It made me concerned about the company culture. For the sake of the engineers, I hope this person's role is limited to interviews and doesn't involve internal interactions.

Entrevista
The process was very professional. The team is very friendly and know what they are doing. I had problem with my setup and they were very understanding and even gave me help to fix my java environment setup.
