The process had 3 stages. First was an intro call with HR to check my background and motivation. Then a technical round with the design lead, where I presented my portfolio and walked through my design decisions. Finally, a short task to redesign a small flow and present it to the team. Overall it was structured, but feedback between rounds took longer than expected (around 10 days). The interviewers were professional and friendly, and the questions focused more on practical design thinking than on tricky theory.
