I mean I should have read the comments on the interviews. Got interviewed by the HR and the principle scientist after 2 weeks I applied online. The interview went well, some technical questions + some behavior questions. They said they would make decision after a week and then I heard nothing afterwards. I saw the latest comment was about the recruiter not responding afterwards, and I have experienced basically the same thing. Maybe that's their silence rejection I assume.
