The interview process was very thorough and actually a fun process to go through. The process was this: 1. Initial screening with a test. 2. Call with Recruiter - She was very friendly and established early on the type of company and culture Adjust strives to be and have. 3. Call with potential Team Lead, to get an idea of how I may fit, expectations, job duties and to answer any questions I may have. It was a very pleasant conversation and I was impressed even more about Adjust and the opportunity. 4. Team Interview with Demo. I met with the potential new colleagues and had to demo-teach a concept to them. We also spent time getting to know each other as well as ask each other questions about the job and expectations. Overall it is the best recruitment processes I have ever gone through in my career. The Recruiter stayed in touch the entire time and was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Sehr positives und freundliches Gespräch, wenig konkretes zur Stelle, eher Fokus auf "Take Home Test" und nächste Schritte. Obwohl das Gespräch sehr positiv und alle Kontakte bis dahin sehr freundlich waren, kam dann von heute auf morgen eine automatische Absage. Warum es dann am Ende doch nicht zur nächsten Runde gekommen war, wie ursprünglich angekündigt, ist bis heute unklar. Auch auf Nachfrage bekam ich keinerlei Antwort mehr.
