The interview lasted 15 minutes, was very informal and the recruiter was pleasant enough, even though I felt the interview was rushed and did not let me articulate my answers. The low rating is due to the poor follow-up, There was no communication about not passing the interview, and even when I asked for feedback, I was simply ghosted. It is very unpolite and rude to disregard candidates in that way, I personally spent hours preparing, and juggling with busy family commitments and the least companies can do is to ensure that all candidates receive a polite rejection communication. It is just common practice. I understand that recruiters and employers are busy, but I would expect a Saas company to have an HR management tool to ensure ghosting does not occur.
