It was an online interview where we primarily discussed my projects. The interviewer cross-questioned my approach, evaluated my reasoning, and asked whether I had personally implemented the methods I described. He also asked a few basic machine learning concepts such as precision and recall. Since he was particularly impressed with my project work and my understanding of it, the interview went smoothly and ultimately led to an offer.

I reached out to the research scientist and talk about my projects that align with him. Then we set up a call to further discuss about it. Then he set up an official meeting with other scientist in the team to discuss more about the alignment between company and my project.
