This is not feedback on an interview, as I have not been able to secure an interview or receive any response from Adobe. Over the past decade, I have repeatedly applied to roles for which I am well qualified, yet I have never received follow-up communication. Even a standard decline response would be appreciated. I am unsure which applicant tracking system is being used or how candidate dispositions are managed, but timely acknowledgment or closure would reflect a more positive candidate experience.
