I was approached directly by Adobe’s Talent team. The process was described as three stages if completed. I progressed through two: hiring manager, then technical interview with a senior TAD.
The interviews themselves were sensible enough, but the surrounding process was underwhelming. Communication between stages was slow, the recruiter added little beyond scheduling, and no useful feedback was given at any point. For a senior role, that leaves the impression of a process being run without much ownership and without a particularly clear view of what the business actually wanted. Perfectly polite, but not especially well managed.
