Entrevista
The interview process was pretty straightforward: the first round is an on-campus interview with the manager from New York while the second round is a phone interview with the manager from San Jose. Both managers are very outgoing so I didn't feel nervous at all. Just be yourself by showing passion, motivation and burning energy (that's what they like). No hints whether you'll get the offer, but they will let you know either way (some companies don't even email you if you don't get hired). It will take two-three weeks to hear back from them with the eventual official offer.

This position requires passion for digital marketing, advertising, data analysis and love for Excel. Managers are looking for general knowledge about these topics; in addition, they will ask behavioral questions and look for prioritization, time management, multitasking, and Excel skills. The most challenging question was to show my existing knowledge on digital marketing and online advertising strategies.
