      Very poor recruiting methodology. Mailed the HR multiple times for a feedback on the assessment test which I gave months ago but no reply. The interview process started with an online assessment test with 2 sections - 1.Quant and Logical Reasoning 2.Programming. After the test I got a call from another HR that they have got my resume from another source(I had submitted my resume through another portal before employee referral) and asked me to give the test again, no coordination among the team. I told them that I have already given the test so they told me to wait and will inform me the result next day. They also asked me to get my bookings for visiting the office for F2F interviews.It has been months and no reply from them even after my multiple mails. Surely they need some organization in their HR department for the same.

      The questions were on basic logical reasoning and quant but the time was less.So better be fast.The programming questions were average and there were some c syntax questions.

      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Adobe (Noida).

      Entrevista

      I was reached out by the recruiter for their Noida office. The interview joined the call late and was in a hurry he was sweating(which doesn't affect me much we are all humans) he didn't spend much time introducing and directly we jumped to the question was around DFS on trees I told him the direct answer and data structure I would use but I think he was either busy in some work or not listing carefully, he asked me to think harder I gave him another approach he seemed disinterested and asked me to code it directly I coded the answer since we were already running short on time I just wanted him to understand by approach I coded it and he kept telling me this wouldn't return anything and asked me to check it I checked it and give him a dry run quickly and then the time was up. He asked if I had any questions he told me I returned the variable name wrong(spelling mistake) which kind of pissed me off since it was a text editor and i was under pressure with no fault of mine.

      Test followed by 3 technical interview. Test consisted of medium coding questions + Aptitude. Interview consisted question from ds and algo including concept of dp and trees. apart from this, a big focus was on Operating Systems.
