The interview process typically began with an initial screening via email or phone, where I was asked about my availability, background, and portfolio. In the next stage, I participated in an online or in-person interview with the design manager or creative director. During the interview, I discussed my past projects, design thinking, tools I use (such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop), and how I handle feedback and deadlines.
