Entrevista
Applied online directly through the careers website and received an email from a Talent Sourcer a few days later. Steps: - 30 min phone screen with Talent Sourcer - Talent Sourcer passed me onto Recruiter for next phases - 30 min video call with Hiring Manager - 15 min sync with Recruiter before final rounds. My Recruiter shared tips and informed me of the format of final rounds. I was also provided with a presentation brief and allowed the weekend to prep for the panel. - 3 - 30 min video call with team members & 45 min panel presentation After the final presentation, my Recruiter was transparent and informed me that they were interviewing other candidate(s). Despite the wait for other interviews to wrap, she kept me informed leading up to the formal offer. Even during negotiations, she communicated with me daily, and made me feel that they had my best interests in mind!

In lieu of question specifics, sharing the general nature of the interviews: - Hiring manager call was very open ended. High level background and sharing more about the company which allowed me to ask lots of question and express why I was interested & excited about the role. - Team member interviews were very friendly as well. Good mix of technical and behavioral questions. Checking to see if you know what you say you know and to see if you vibe with the team. Pretty high level overall. - Panel consisted of presenting a polished strategy presentation and answering Q&A questions. Composure under pressure. Felt realistic/expected given this is a customer facing role.

Was contacted by a recruiter from Adobe. Had a call with a recruiter and then the hiring manager within the week and then 2 more team members by the following week. Was flown out to NY to present a product of choice to a panel of 3 team members which included the hiring manager. The team members asked questions as if they would have been a prospect in a meeting. Overall, the process took about 3-4 weeks. The recruiters and hiring manager were great to work with and were transparent and timely throughout the entire process.

Initial call with recruiter , follow up calls with team members , onsite visit for a presentation on a topic of your choice . The whole process is way to slow to the point that the position got frozen during the time it took to complete the interview . They later ended up getting exceptions to hire a few and thus I was able to get in .
