The background check and all of the other screening had taken place before the takeover. After the takeover there were interviews to determine who would be the operations manager. The upper management visited the site several times, interviewed us 1:1, we discussed it over the phone. Also had a management interview discussion about my plans if I were to get the job.

Convoluted and mismanaged, interviewers could barely keep up email communication and no showed to the interview the first time. Maybe it was just the team I was working with but if they can't recruit effectively idk what else they're doing like this

I had 9 interviews; 1 with the recruiter, 3 with the hiring manager, and 5 individual interviews. Each one has different questions. I did not have to do a project for this role but I did have to show examples of my work.
