Entrevista
It was very straight forward. Started with phone / video interviews and then eventually lead to a half day worth of 1:1 interviews on site. There was quite a bit of time between call backs, in which communication could have been improved.

Entrevista
I was sat waiting for my interview, 10 mins later there was no show. I emailed her and she said she didn't have it in her diary even though it was via a scheduling system. She said to reschedule the next day or Monday, I emailed her 3 times, immediately to respond to her message, the next day and Monday and was ignored. Unbelievably unprofessional and have no desire to work for this company if this is the culture.

The hiring process was excellent – very organized, and I appreciated the clear communication at each step. While I didn't receive an offer this time, the process itself was a positive experience.

Within the last 15 years, the interview process has been inconsistent. However, one thing that has been consistent is the lack of professionalism from different parts of the process. It’s been disappointing to experience.
