Super disjointed. I had up to 3 different recruiters work with me that were clearly uncoordinated and could not figure out how to schedule next rounds. I would respond to one with my available times just to wait for days until another recruiter would reach out asking for my availability. This went on for over 2 months, and I was only able to have 2 interviews completed before I was fed up and dropped out of the process entirely.
