The process has a few stages, potentially daunting for some, but meeting different individuals and teams during the process gives you a great feel for the company culture and plenty opportunity to ask questions! The communication throughout the process was great, I was never left waiting to hear about next steps, it was as prompt as it could be. Everyone I met was courteous, polite and genuinely lovely to meet. I had an initial screening with their internal recruiter, then meeting the hiring manager, and a task/presentation tailored to the role applied for followed by a culture fit with exec team level.
