Short and basic. I had to discuss how i would sale add on items with major parts of sale. to max out sales goals. And when it came to my salary I said onr thing and her counter offer was minimum wage. At that time was only 8.45 pr hour and part time. Thats why ou wont to make this job only one of two that you have,

Very first question in the interview was "how much money do you want to make". I thought you wait until a second interview to discuss that kind of information. Especially with concerning pay. Not the way that should of been handled.

Easy and intuitive... Very nice and very direct, humorous. One on one interview asking for previous job experience and comfortability with customer sales and satisfaction. The whole process lasted about 20 minutes, outlined the job duties, included short and quick test, and included the fitting for uniforms. Short, sweet, to the point.
