Advances interview was very lengthy but thorough . They were able to take a deep dive personally and professionally to ensure I was a right fit for the job. I was then able to successfully accept my offer.

Three, count them, three interviews. Then ghosted. I am kind of glad because their obsession with their "culture" felt a little weird. I certainly had the qualifications and then some. It was a waste of time.

Entrevista
A recruiter from a staffing agency initially reached out to me about the position. I thought it sounded interesting so she passed along my resume. After reviewing my resume they decided to schedule a zoom interview with me. I thought the initial interview went great, me and the interviewer really hit it off. The interview was pretty standard, just talked about my career goals, why sales, my experience, etc. At the end of the interview he sent me a five page personality assessment to complete and said after I submitted my assessment and they received my “results” back the recruiter would reach out to me about scheduling a second interview.
The second interview is when things went south. After reviewing my assessment or interviewing other candidates it’s clear that they weren’t considering me. I interviewed with the same manager and before I even had a chance to say anything it was like I was speaking to a different person. He wasn’t nearly as enthusiastic as the first interview and was shrugging off all of my answers. In this interview we mainly went over my assessment where he informed me that my “results” had said that I was better at working with existing clients than developing new business (which is what the role entailed). I get it if they trust the assessment and use it to make hiring decisions, just feel very insulted that they decided to schedule an interview with me after I didn’t get the results they were looking for.
I’m obviously not upset because I didn’t get the job. Chances are if they’re telling me I’m not a good fit they’re probably right. Just disappointed that they see no problem in wasting my time. I had to use PTO to schedule the second interview and it was clearly all for nothing.
