After submitting the application and meeting the HR Specialist, I was asked to return back to schedule a standard drug screening test. Once completed, I had the opportunity to meet the Circulation Manager of the district area I was to be assigned to manage. The interview was pleasant, conversational, gave opportunity for me to propose how my experience and skill sets would bring value to the company, and how I would best fit the District Manager position.
