I received WhatsApp message from Talent Acquisition (TA) and had a WhatsApp interview on the same day, this is the 1st interview. I thought it was just 15 minutes to get a brief understanding from candidate but it took 1 hour to complete the session. I hope TA could make clear to candidate it the process take more than 30 minutes so that candidate can prepare of it without disrupt their work. Also, TA arranged a 2nd interview on the next day with IA Lead but I requested to reschedule it to had proper preparation I got 2nd interview with IA Lead and the interview questions were not too tough but to get more in depth understanding of your past and current working experience. But I did not have a chance to go for 3rd interview (last interview).
