There were several rounds of video interviews. 1) Recruiter 2) Hiring Manager 3) 2 panel interviews. The CTO was in one of the panel interviews. He behaved like he did not want to be there. He also asked several questions that he went on to answer himself. Perhaps he already had somebody else in mind for this role and he was just there to look for reasons/excuses to eliminate me.
