I arrived and met with senior researcher who would be my supervisor if I was offered the position. I believe I took a short exam (written, included multiple choice and essay questions) testing my general knowledge of laboratory procedures, engineering basics (conversions, etc.), and sciences (chemical equations, Dynamics, etc.) they graded exam right away and I then spoke to two additional supervisors in a small group.
