Received a text to schedule an interview. Got a call from a recruiter. During the interview, I asked for clarification on something that was asked. They couldn’t give an answer. This is their first recruiting job, and is being tasked with a senior level role where she couldn’t give answers to any questions. It was very robotic and clearly scripted, but also has no idea about HR.
