I had 4 interviews over 3 weeks, including an HR phone screen first. Everyone was very nice and communicative throughout the process, and the HR manager that scheduled all of it was incredibly prompt ushering me through the process. I got an email requesting an interview in the same business week as when I applied, and it took 30 days from when I applied to having an offer extended. I had a great experience

I recently went through the interview process with Advanced Energy United for their Policy Principal role, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a lack of professionalism in communication. The process consisted of four interviews. The first was with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. I then spoke with a member of the hiring panel, and lastly, I had a final interview with another Policy Principal and the Managing Director. Each interview seemed to go well, and I was given specific timelines by the recruiter on two separate occasions regarding when I would receive feedback. Despite these assurances, I ultimately heard nothing back after my final interview. The complete lack of follow-up, especially after multiple rounds of interviews, was highly unprofessional. Candidates invest significant time and effort in these processes, and the least a company can do is provide timely communication, even if the outcome is unfavorable. This experience left me with a negative impression of the organization’s hiring process and professionalism. I hope they improve their candidate communication in the future
