Entrevista
First interview was just a friendly phone call to judge mutual interest. But I could they did ask some pointed questions to see if I really knew my stuff about the industry. Follow-up in person interview was much more in-depth in determining what I could bring to the table - but always friendly and respectful. It really felt like they were trying to see if we (myself and AEL) would be a good match.
