You will have several interviews with different people. The first is just to make sure you are a real person, the second gets more into the basic interview questions like “tell me a time you failed”, etc. The third interview is to test your ability to research certain topics related to the field and how well you can regurgitate that information during the interview. This third interview makes or breaks a lot of people.
