This phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, and was relatively conversational in nature. There were no unexpected questions, just "tell me about this line on your resume". There were also questions about my background since I'm a little more prepped on the software side, and they wanted to hire someone to work on hardware in the lab. I think this wasn't a great fit, so things didn't go any further; however, while I can't say for certain, it seems like this would be a great company to work for.
