Absolutely unprofessional and overly critical! He shook my hand and took off his mask stating that I could remove mine as well during this pandemic! I waited for my interviewer to get off the phone with his lawyer and told me he was thinking about firing her. Later in the interview, he had the nerve to essentially call me a liar and tell me that I am responsible for finding my own happiness, which had nothing to do with what we were discussing. The whole process was disorganized; I applied for a job posting that said Saint Louis (in my area) but was told in the interview that I would work 45 minutes away from me. I was not told that prior to the interview and when I asked him about opportunities near me he said he doesn't know. After telling me that I "seem like a nice person" he had me shadow in the front office and said he would give me a call. He said he really liked my skills and experience:5+ years of customer service experience, recent front office experience, foreign language skills in multiple languages, proven computer skills, healthcare & insurance experience, management experience, and more; but didn't know if he should take the chance of hiring me due to being out of the workforce recently. I wouldn't want to work for this maniac even if he wanted to pay me the salary I requested. If he's like that in the interview, I can't imagine what it's like working for the guy. Jim's ego prevented him from having a skilled worker. The shadowing went well though; the job itself seemed decent. Also, he's cheap. He decided to tell me that my recent front office experience doesn't compare to the amount of work done at this one and guess what, that previous experience paid as much as I was asking and it wasn't during a pandemic. More work, more risk, but the pay is too much for him. Not to mention jobs related pay well above what I asked. Don't offer more on your job post if you don't want to pay that amount.

Located at main location in chesterfield, Missouri. Interview was very intimidating and must sit down with both owners. Called in and asked multiple questions then was sent to observe clinic. About 20 minutes of so later was called back in to talk about salary.
