There was an initial short video-call interview with Ben to go through my CV and discuss my previous experience, goals and salary expectations. After this went successfully, Ben asked me to prepare a presentation over the weekend that would be delivered Monday morning. The presentation was a 45 minute pitch to become the media partner of choice for an invented brand; Ben and 2 other Advant members were present. Once the presentation was completed, all 3 asked questions related to the presentation and mock-campaign. I heard back a week after my presentation, however I was unsuccessful in my application. Ben said some very kind words and gave excellent feedback that has allowed me to improve my CV, as well as develop myself to be more suitable for campaign manager roles in future.

The interview was 30 minutes long, informal, and without the usual cliched questions I've had from other interviewers in the past. It was more a conversation to figure out whether employer and potential employee were right for each other. It was a positive conversation, even though it didn't result in employment.
