Applied online, called by Human Resources Recruiter who asked me questions about my past experience, wage requirements, travel limits, and then told me that I had passed the first portion of the interview process and picked a day and time for the Territory Manager to interview me by phone. I then had a 1 hour interview with her in which she asked me numerous questions like "name a time you faced a challenge in your workplace, how you handled it and what was the outcome". Most ot the questions were structured like this and were questions you would have to reflect on for a moment. At the end of this interview she then said I had passed the phone portion of the interview and asked when I could meet in person. She flew in a week later and we did an in person interview in which we went over my past experience in detail and talked about my skill set and what I thought I could contribute. She then walked me through a store I would cover and went over the focus of this sales position and I was offered the job.

There was an initial 15 minute video interview to go over the basic job requirements: pay, mileage reimbursement, and general territory overview. They didn't really ask me any questions, other than if I was willing to sell and not just be a merchandiser.
