Skype interview, less than 10 minutes (including lag time). Seems like they'll hire anyone, but only apply if you can pass a background check. My interviewer said showing up to work and remembering the training were the most important things. No drug test for this role (Shaws/Star Market Event Specialist). I interviewed 5 days after I submitted an application. My background check took 7 days (5 business days)
