Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Advantix Systems (Sunrise, FL) em ago. de 2014
Entrevista
6 hours, met all the principals the interview was in their offices in Sunrise. 2- other candidates for the same job there as well as an engineering candidate.
It took 4 months with 3 phone calls, 4 emails and finally a certified letter threatening a lawsuit to get them to pay me my expenses as promised. Raised SERIOUS questions for me about the company's methods and integrity.

All asked the same questions about what I did in my last positions, how I got into the business, pretty much all questions generated from looking at my resume'
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Advantix Systems em out. de 2014
Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying for an internship who suggested applying for a full-time position. There were two phone interviews with HR representative and Director of sales and one video interview with VP of Product Engineering. I received an invitation for an on-site interview after phone interviews but had to reschedule. Then, I had a video interview and was not invited to the next stage. Overall process was great and they are a growing company. Will apply again in the future for a position which I'm more qualified for.

Basic questions about the position: I see your resume, but tell me your story, why sales, why Advantix Systems, how do conventional HVAC systems work (components)?
Received information about the company and available jobs from campus recruiting
They make you take an online test that tests basic thermodynamic and fluid mechanic principles (with heavy emphasis on fluid mechanics) and basic chemistry type mixing questions. Also included are general circuit questions and questions that test your "aptitude".
After that lengthy test if you did well within the week they will schedule an HR phone interview. Pretty standard they are looking for highly motivated people who can work independently. Then you have another technical interview depending on the job you are applying for.
If you get that far you are then invited to an on-site interview. They'll ask you about your background and any projects that you have done. You'll have another HR interview then you'll have mechanical "assessments" that test your "aptitude". The use of quotes is intentional because they're really silly.
Depending on what job you applied for, you'll then have another interview where you'll be asked a question. I had an interview where I was asked a trick question about a youtube video.
