There was 4th Rounds of interview, 2 were technical and , 1 was HR and 1 Management, They did not took much time to hire me, Also they provide free accidental cover from company side, Conflict is inevitable when a company works hard to get things done. Mistakes happen. Sure, strengths come to the fore, but weaknesses also rear their heads. And that's OK. No one is perfect
