The interview process was fairly easy. It was virtual and the 2 I interviewed with made me feel relaxed and at ease. They introduced themselves, let me know how the interview process would be conducted, they asked questions and then left it open for me ask any questions I may have had.

I will be starting with the company shortly and already feel like this will be a great partnership. My interview process was seamless. The hiring managers showed interest in getting to know about me and my experience, I felt seen. The managers are knowledgeable, welcoming, and thoughtful. They demonstrated compassion for both the patients and their employees. I look forward to learning from a phenomenal team, and building my career with AdventHealth. Overall experience in the hiring process was great!
