After you apply you do a questionnaire and from that the questions for your interview will be generated. 3 people attended the interview. The interview lasted about 1 hour. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. When I left I felt like I had the job, especially since the salary was considerably lower than what I am accustomed to. The company appears to have great culture and values.

Interview was scheduled via Teams with the director. The director didn’t even look at my resume prior to the interview and his camera wasn’t on! Unorganized. Also, this company is posting a lot of ghost jobs. Advent Health has a great reputation, however there are no opportunities here for anyone in healthcare management/admin (non-clinical).
