The processes was very simple. While there were quite few different interviews, I appreciated the fact that they wanted to make sure they found the right person for the job.
Order of process:
1) Phone interview with the recruiter, 30 minutes
2) Virtual Interview with the highering manager, 30 minutes
3) Virtual interview with Executive Director and Director of Project Management
4) Virtual interview with CMO
5) Offer letter
This process seems much more intimidating than it really was. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and kind. They understood what they wanted and how their employees deserved to be treated. The company culture is top-notch.
