There's a systematic process for hiring and interviews at Adventec, HR department does their best to arrange flexible interview timings. So there were 2 Personal interview rounds, I was very comfortable during the interview, I was a bit nervous before but after meeting the interviewers I got comfortable, they are very professionals when it comes to asking questions about your work experience or what you have written on your resume. So overall it was a really good experience

It was a good experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The interview was in two stages. They were asking very basic experience related questions. My first stage interview took 30 minutes and there were two persons. In second stage i was interviewed by four persons, which took an hour and half.
