The hospital website is very easy to use, so it was very easy to apply online for the position. After applying online, I received a phone call a few days later requesting an interview. I went to interview and met with a Human Resources recruiter.

Good and straight forward. Found the job on a jobs page, applied online. Received a call within a week to arrange an in-person interview. Interviewed with the main boss, then with a panel. Got a call with an offer in a little over one week. Interviews were easy. Just come prepared.
